Terms of Service

• A font purchase includes the styles and file formats listed on that product page. The license you add to the order controls how those files may be used — it does not add or remove styles.
• Regular licenses (such as Desktop, Webfont, Digital Ads, Logo & Trademark, Merchandise, App & Game, and others shown on the Licensing page) add together. Select every finished use that applies, then pick a usage tier for each one. Corporate and Exclusive replace that mix for the scope they cover.
• You may not share, host, sublicense, or redistribute font files. Designers need Desktop to create work; the client or business that owns the finished website, app, logo, products, or campaign still needs the matching licenses. Embedding live website type, apps, games, or server output requires the matching license — Desktop alone is not enough.
• Coverage lasts for the licensed scope and does not expire, provided you stay inside the selected tier. Upgrade that same license if usage grows. The Licensing page is a plain-language guide; this EULA and the selected tier are authoritative.

• Permission is granted to view materials on the Timeless Type website. This is not a transfer of title to our fonts, branding, or software. You may not:
  • copy or scrape the site in order to republish it;
  • attempt to decompile or reverse engineer software on the site;
  • remove copyright or other proprietary notices; or
  • mirror the site on another server.
• Font files are licensed only through a completed purchase and the licenses selected at checkout — not by merely viewing the website.

• The materials on Timeless Type's website are provided on an ‘as is’ basis. Timeless Type makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.
• Further, Timeless Type does not warrant or make any representations concerning the accuracy, likely results, or reliability of the use of the materials on its website or otherwise relating to such materials or on any sites linked to this site.

In no event shall Timeless Type or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on Timeless Type's website, even if Timeless Type or a Timeless Type authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage. Because some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties, or limitations of liability for consequential or incidental damages, these limitations may not apply to you.

The materials appearing on Timeless Type's website could include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. Timeless Type does not warrant that any of the materials on its website are accurate, complete or current. Timeless Type may make changes to the materials contained on its website at any time without notice. However Timeless Type does not make any commitment to update the materials.

Timeless Type has not reviewed all of the sites linked to its website and is not responsible for the contents of any such linked site. The inclusion of any link does not imply endorsement by Timeless Type of the site. Use of any such linked website is at the user’s own risk.

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Indonesia and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that State or location.
